This roleplay takes place in the year 2047, two generations after the original Sailor Senshi. Times have changed and the legends of the Senshi have all but died out. Nobody believes they exist anymore, and if they do mention the idea, they are ridiculed and laughed at.

Technology is at one of it's highest peaks in years, with virtual reality and energy efficient cars. Pollution has gone down due to these economically efficient vehicles and the world effort to conserve the planet and avoid Global Climate Change.

School uniforms have been abolished and now the freedom to wear your own styles and create your own ideas within all levels of school is prevalent. Evil has not been seen for about 40 years, thus the need for the Sailor Scouts and Senshi has all but died out entirely.
