Welcome to Evanescent Universe! We are a new Sailor Moon roleplay taking place two generations after the end of the series. The year is 2047 and technology has had an increase and the Senshi have only grown stronger through the generations. Don't celebrate yet, however. While the Senshi grow stronger, so do the villains.
Some Senshi are descendants of the original, while others are newly found. And what's this? There's also Ouji Senshi! Yes, male Senshi to fight alongside the female Senshi! How will this effect the fighting styles and ways of the original? Will things work for the better or for the worst? That's up to you to decide!

Name: Takara Rei
Planet: Mars
Primary Color, Secondary Color: Black, Crimson Red
Weapon (Optional): A Whip.
Power: Takara is Psychic, though her starting abilities are Empathy and Fire. Her empathy is purely passive at this stage, but may grow in power as she grows herself. She has the ability to sense other’s emotions and their intentions with her Empathy.
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual
Age: 18
Animal Guide: Takara has a solid black wolf as her guide. Some may mistake this wolf for a similar mythological creature called the Grim, however, this is far from true. This wolf’s name is Kasei. Kasei serves as a guide to both Hime Mars and Ouji Mars. He is very wise and most often loves to give his insight in pretty much any situation. He’s very protective of both his Senshi and the rest of the Sailor Senshi. His eyes are an icey blue in color. Around his neck he wears a black spiked collar with a crimson red rim around the base of each spike.
Personality: Takara is generally very outgoing and will often give her opinion on things, even if the receiving party doesn’t want to hear it. She’s blunt and brutally honest about anything she says, which tends to lead her into some tight spots and troubling situations.
She is a true friend and would do anything for those she truly cared about. Her family is not that close to her and she moved from them as soon as she could. This caused her to have a slightly cold attitude toward new people and isn’t quick to trust or make new friends. This also tends to put people off and make them wary of her.
She has a very hardcore attitude when it comes to many different things. She’s quite the tomboy, though she can have her girlish moments. She’s been known to get into school fights once or twice, giving her a kind of hard ass reputation that also tends to cause people to stray away from her.
Deep down, she is rather lonely, which is why she holds those few that are close to her dearly. She would do anything she could to keep her friends and to protect them. If one of her friends were to cross her, however, it would take a lot of making up in order to regain the trust that they may or may not have had. She has been known to hold a grudge for a very long time.
Takara has trained herself to hide her emotions from others and this is greatly helped by her Empathy. She can read others emotions, which allowed her to know how to mask and to hide them as well. She’s a great listener when it comes to her friends, but could care less about a total stranger’s problem. She sometimes feels that others won’t listen to her though, even though she most often will listen to them.
Outwardly, she may seem very confident in her personality and looks, but inwardly she is really very self-conscious about herself. She gets jealous easy and often pries into things that are none of her business. When others talk, she always wants to know what the topic is about due to both her curiosity and the fact that she is always afraid or wondering if someone is talking about her or saying things behind her back. Granted, her Empathy often helps with deciphering such conundrums, but often she doesn’t trust even that and wonders anyway.
She likes to play guitar and sing along with the music she plays and writes. She had several years of piano and guitar lessons when she lived with her family, but continued to truly blossom with this talent when she moved from her family, where she didn’t feel so suppressed and held back by them.
Takara is a hopeless romantic and loves the idea of candlelit dinners, walks on the beach at sunset, gazing at the stars and things of the like, but has rarely, if ever, had such a person to share these ideas with. She often daydreams about a perfect match and hopes to someday share the love and happiness that she dreams and writes about in her stories and poetry.
Takara has always been interested in the supernatural and practices such things in her spare time. She knows how to read tarot cards and runes and does some geomancy with her stones that she owns.
Takara has a darker side to her that not many have seen, but that is just itching to come out. This side will and can only be seen by a partner or lover. She has an attraction to both men and women.
Looks: Takara has long black hair with crimson red streaks that goes to the center of her back. She often wears it down. Her bangs are in a side part and tend to cover half of her face most of the time. It’s very straight and carries little to no waves or curls in it. She has hazel eyes that often change with her mood or the outfits she usually wears. Most of the time, however, they appear to be a blue-gray.
Her clothing consists of mostly black or crimson red clothing and she often loves to mix the two colors and create her own style of clothing. She often wears black gothic combat boots with crimson red shoelaces on them that go up to her knees generally, even if she is wearing pants. Her boots would just be under the pant legs in this case. If she wears a skirt, her boots go up to her knees and she often might wear leggings, although she will also just have bare skin on her legs showing as well, depending on her day. She has one or two necklaces around her neck at all times, one of which has a wolf and a pentacle together, as well as a clear quartz.
Her nails are usually painted black and she often wears black eyeliner around her eyes. She often switches from skirts to pants… basically to whatever she feels like wearing that day. Her style can be described as a mixture gothic and punk.
Now, onto her uniform. While in uniform, she has knee high black gothic combat boots with crimson red shoelaces that lace all the way up. Her nails are painted black beneath her white gloves (which she is very disdainful of, as she very much is about the rest of the white on the uniform). This is virtually what is different than normal upon her Uniform, though she will often complain about the coloring.
Character History: Her grandmother is the original Sailor Mars, though she has never had the chance to know her because of her overbearing and controlling mother, who is Sailor Mars only daughter. This is issue number one with her lineage.
Takara has always been a rebel against her parents, especially her mother who is an overbearing control freak. Takara wishes more than anything to get away from her mother and live life on her own without her breathing down her back for every move and every instant. Takara’s mother never allowed her to meet her grandmother, thus she was never allowed to learn the lineage of her people and the history of the planet that she is now Princess of.
Her father was generally understanding, but more often than not sided with her mother for what most would consider obvious reasons. Takara has been known to run away on countless occasions, though always had to return home because she had no other place to go.
Takara dreams of someday meeting Sailor Mars, her grandmother Rei, and learning of her history, her origins and the great stories that she could hear and learn from the original Sailor Mars.
She met her guide while she ran away one day and was scared at first to see the large, black canine padding up to her, let alone speaking in words she could understand. This was when she first learned she was destined to carry on in her grandmothers place and become one of the legendary Sailor Senshi. She had always had her abilities and never knew where they had come from until the day she met Kasei. Since then, Kasei has never left her side, much to her mothers distain.
Love Interest: None at the moment, but she constantly daydreams about the perfect love.
Zodiac Sign: Scorpio
Planet History: She doesn’t know much about her planet history because she is a descendant of Sailor Mars herself and never had the chance to meet her because of her family issues.
