Welcome to Evanescent Universe! We are a new Sailor Moon roleplay taking place two generations after the end of the series. The year is 2047 and technology has had an increase and the Senshi have only grown stronger through the generations. Don't celebrate yet, however. While the Senshi grow stronger, so do the villains.
Some Senshi are descendants of the original, while others are newly found. And what's this? There's also Ouji Senshi! Yes, male Senshi to fight alongside the female Senshi! How will this effect the fighting styles and ways of the original? Will things work for the better or for the worst? That's up to you to decide!

Evanescent Universe is considered an Intermediate/ Advanced role play. I already assume that you all know the basic role play language. (ooc, ic, rp, powerplaying, godmoding, plot) I also assume you all know how to use spell check and write in complete sentences. Please don't prove me wrong.
Evanescent Universe is a Sailor Moon Roleplay. If this is not what you are looking for, don't leave just yet! Perhaps you may find that our particular plot and set up is quite intriguing and that you would like to see more of what we have to offer. We take place a couple generations after the original Senshi, with a few added characters and twists.
-Registering- If you have any problem registering to this forum, leave a note in the c-box or email me (Takara) or the other admins (Shiori and Kazuki). After you register, you are free to post on all the OOC boards and create your character. When creating your character, please follow the template given in the creating your character post.
Your display name MUST be the name of your senshi (Or character). It only needs to be the first name.
-OOC- Swearing is allowed. This site currently has NO RATING, but if things get out of hand, there will be limits put on. If there is a particularly high rated scene that you would like to roleplay, there is a private forum for that.
DO NOT insult other members on the c-box or in posting. If you have an issue with a member don't bring it here! Remember, just because someone's character has a problem with your character, doesn't mean they have a problem with you.
If you need to talk in ooc in a role play, let us know. Either by putting parentheses around it ((like this)), or by OOC: doing this.
Respect all Staff Members. We are here to give you advice and keep this site fun for everyone.
OOC rules apply to the c-box as well.
Please try to avoid using Chatspeak. Its annoying. Ex:: Plz c@ll m3 $w@y n b my fri3nd!
-IC- There is no character limit. However, you are allowed ONE Senshi for the time being until the forum ages a bit more and we see how things go with it.
If someone is caught with more characters than they are supposed to have, they will be asked to have a character deleted. If they do not oblige then they will be warned and finally banned. If it gets to the point where we feel you are unable to keep up with your characters, you will be asked to either pick up the activity or have one of your characters deleted from the forum.
When your character speaks, in addition to using quotations, please bold the speech. You are allowed to use color for your character's speech as well, just make sure you use the same color every time.
ABSOLUTELY NO POWERPLAYING OR GODMODING!!!
Please do not double post. If you have more than one character in a particular roleplay, then you roleplay them in the same post or after a posting order has been established. You may not have two successive posts.
Role playing posts must be at least 10 lines long in the default font. Sorry guys, not size 72 font just so you can fill the 10 lines. If you have no muse wait to post. There is no rule that you absolutely have to post within five minutes of reading the last post. Wait a little while for inspiration to strike. There is no maximum to posting.
If you create a thread that is meant only for another member, please designate it. Such as --- Role Playing Title (open only for whatshisname).
Where the aging of a character is considered, your character ages as you wish them to. No one can tell you when your character is old and has to die. The age of your character is completely up to you.
Your character is allowed to be in more than one role play at a time, but don't go overboard. You need to be able to make sure you can keep up with what time you are in and the order of events that have happened and all of that fun stuff.
If your character leaves a role play, please inform others OOC. Ex:: ((Solaris has left the area)) Ex:: ((Solaris has left the rp)) Ex:: OOC-Solaris has left the area/rp
-Fighting- Fighting is one of the best parts of rping, but please don't make it your life's mission to fight with every member's character that ever lived.
Major fights must be judged and reviewed by a staff member. Major fights can be fights with two or more characters that fight to win something. Major fights can be to the death or a number of other things. School fights also fall into this category.
Small scraps are allowed in role plays and do not have to be judged by a staff member. Both characters walk away from scraps and neither of the characters wins or loses. If you are fighting over something or fighting to prove something, it is considered a major fight.
The victor of a fight is determined by the staff who moderates the fight unless the victor has been pre-determined by the members.
-Lovers and Relationships- Ahhh, love...
If two characters decide to become life partners, a staff member must be notified.
If two characters decide to have babies let a staff member know.
There will be a separate area in the forum designated to any graphic scenes that you as members might want to play out. Remember, NO GRAPHIC MATERIAL IS TO BE POSTED IN THE PUBLIC FORUMS! I also don't want this to turn into a giant forum dedicated to scenes like this, so please keep other roleplaying to a maximum and scenes like this to a potential minimum.
-Breaking The Rules- Now come the consequeces...dun, dun, duhhhh!
Your first major offense (if you make any) will result in a warming from a staff member either in the board or through PMs.
Your second offense gets you a 20% warning level on your profile for all to see.
The third results in 30%.
Fourth = another 40%.
And by the fifth time you are warned, your account is deleted and your IP is banned from this site.
